How the commercial terms work

Every programme is priced individually and carries agreed success-fee provisions on qualifying outcomes. Fees are tiered and marginal, so a larger contract never costs proportionally more than the band below it. Applications are qualified, and participation does not guarantee contracts, meetings or government access.
